| New Features in Office 2010 or 2011
Now that most everyone at SFCC has had the opportunity to use the Office 2010 applications, you may have questions about the new features and tools available to you. We'd like to remind you about tools we pointed out in the spring AND tell you about the in-person training opportunities.
If your department is interested in scheduling one of the in-person training sessions for just your department, contact the HelpDesk to make arrangements.

| myBigfoot - A Secure Portal for StudentsOn July 1, 2011, the Community Colleges of Spokane launched a student portal for students to access all their secure information -- the areas they normally reach from "Current Students" on our Internet site.
Some features of the portal are:
- register for classes
- interact with Admissions, Registration and Financial Aid staff
- receive “targeted announcements” in a more secure manner than e-mail
- find other school-related topics of interest
