IT Services has investigated a recent security breach and determined it was caused by an SFCC employee responding to a phishing scheme by providing their username and password. Please do not provide your username and password to any employee, workstudy student or IT technician.

While we appreciate your concern when you receive a phishing e-mail, please do not call the HelpDesk to report this type of message. Simply delete any suspicious e-mails from your inbox and do not open any attachments. To view examples of phishing schemes, click on this link.
